It was great to get out with other people. I closed my eyes and wished that it was finished
but sadfully it was not, but I had said to myself,
“its not over yet” so I ran and ran. When I got back people were cheering for me sadly I did not come a place but that moment of cross country will always be with me in my heart. When I went home with my dad he was proud of me so even if you do not come a place thats ok at least I participated in cross country.
Doesn't it make you feel better when people cheer for you. I would have liked to hear more details about your run.

It is true I am the same I did not come in a place but I still tried and I liked it because you told me how you felt and participated.
